      Good pay WFH option if required and leaves policy

      Specially in supply chain management - can see too much favourism for PMO roles who doesn't even deserve and too much domination. No stability in role can change your role in over night and management need everything urgent and no particular work timings

      The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

      Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
