absolutely everything, company culture, management, lack of any humanity, slave-driving environment with absolutely nothing to enjoy. Unprofessional environment with poor views about staff outside of the HR department and a very tense unfriendly environment to work in. micro management, monitoring on how many toilet breaks and tea breaks you take as well as expectations to stare at a commuter screen for all the time your there apart from lunch. not care for staff well being and if you have a learning disability dont even bother i was told due to having dyslexia I was unsuitable for HR as my cognitive speed wasn't as fast as my co-workers. upon resignation, my manager denied any of this was said. choosing to take up this position at chubb destroyed my self confidence and belief in my capability to even form simple emails. stay well clear.

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
