Company with no direction / management clueless - Recensione dipendente - Mechanical Designer presso Carrier

Office environment is cramped. There are literally IKEA (not joking) desks in between peoples cubes because of the lack of space. Turnover is through the roof. Every other week someone was leaving or being laid off. Most people that work there have only been there for 1-2 years. Management has no direction. Chases numerous projects at a time without completion. Switches people from project to project before they are able to complete the project Chases projects to help "speed up" the design process but in reality just creates more busy work. Management also holds grudges and is very unprofessional. Numerous times my boss talked behind peoples backs in meetings without the people being present.
