Worst job i have ever had, unfair treatment. - Recensione dipendente - Advanced Manufacturing Engineer presso Carrier

My job was not at all what as it was defined the job description or what i was told i was going to be able to do. I was being set up for Failure by my immediate supervisor. Tasks where not well defined and i was reprimanded for not completing a task that was not within the scope of my project. The company did not seem well organized in terms of HR and and IT related activities. The benefits where not horrible but they where also not great. After a little over six month i Set out to find a new job because i was not willing to work under these conditions.
