Vantaggi

They have a great fuel discount program.

Svantaggi

They have a lotta brokered loads. Some around 1.90 a mile. I had to tell them to stop routing me across the PA turnpike with $2 a mile loads. They kept me heavy as possible afterwards. 46-48K per load. They want you to stay out 21 days at a time. They have six escrow accounts but they only mention truck maintenance and trailer maintenance during orientation. They have Leasing Company Deposit. Deposit Truck Maintenance Trailer Maintenance Truck reserve and Trailer reserve I made $4374 on 330 gallons of diesel and 20 gallons of def. With the company discount that came to $1106. Out of the $3268 left I brought home $826. They took $2442 for one week of deductions. It’s a foreign own company ripping off American drivers. Period. I lasted 32 days. I only went over 30 days because the truck had to go in the shop on my last load and I wanted to return the truck. Don't waste your time. I wished zero stars was an option.

Vantaggi

Equipment is nice. They try to make you comfortable on the way to orientation.

Svantaggi

Where to start. They lie from day one. Recruiters will lie about the process to get you there. Once you get there, orientation is a joke. 2 days of sitting around not getting paid. They tell you that you will not pay truck or trailer payments the first 2 settlements. They don’t tell you that you will be lucky to get more than 1 load before the end of the first week. Or that they take out for other things the first settlement. Then the 2nd settlement you pay a % for securement equipment. Then the 3rd week is when everything picks up. So you definitely do not get the 2 free weeks that they promise. Also if you question anything they do they try to blame others or turn it around on you. I’m guessing the people that have been there for a year or more get away with anything. They try to keep you from talking with the brokers of the loads they get. My guess is because the actual amount they get it not what they type in the email. So they take off the top and then tell you what they think you need to do the run. Then take their %20 off the amount they give you. Not counting the part they didn’t tell you about. I could go on and on. My advice, find a different place to contract for.
