- 14 day annual leave, no 13th month bonus, poor increment. - Long working hours, dont be fooled by the 9-630 working hours, OT is very frequent. - Criminally understaffed, you can never take leave in peace as people hound you for things even while you're away - Signed for a 5 day work week, suddenly changed to work even on PH & weekends. - Management only cares for end results and puts no care into how its achieved hence MANDATORY OT. If never take OT means not hungry. - Team definitely lacks teamwork. - ZERO work-life balance
