- little to no bonus & increment. - frequent overtime with little to no OT pay. - payday is not consistent (sometimes could be last few days of the month, or could be first few days of the following month). - unappreciative and rude management team. - overcrowded office (imagine 50 people squeezing in 2 units with only 1 toilet access). - vulgarities can be heard shouted across the office from management team. - expect to be spammed via calls and texts during non-working hours. - inexperienced leaders often find themselves blaming someone else. - pantry is always empty - cheapskate company give out company tshirt as PRIZES for company activities. - expect to use old and slow laptops with slow internet speed (have to hotspot from my own personal phone sometimes). - management presented to us a chart stating our financial losses, and explained why they are unable to give out good bonuses or increment, but yet, released a very POSITIVE report to the public. - there was once a bunch of employees requested a definite time for our lunch break to the COUNTRY HEAD, just to block out appointments for an hour to eat our lunch. He replied them to eat their breakfast and he cannot do anything about it and pushed it to a lower manager. - management always bragging to us saying we are billion dollar company, but we work in cramped, tight spaces with budget office supplies and furnitures. (spoilt chairs and shaky tables) - managers take 200 smoke breaks a day and daily coffee sessions, but implemented a 'smoking pass' for commoners. too many to share, please join to believe. Definitely recommended for anyone to join, because Carro is the definition of what a company SHOULD NOT be.
