So far the job is satisfying - no cons

Good 401k. That's it. Poor poor poor. There. That's more than 5. Disgruntled former employee.

Poor Management skills, Low compensation compared to other similar organisations,long working hours...with no appreciation. The management team in malaysia is not pro customer and does not know how to conduct business. Management is overseas locations have poor skills and does not do their job, yet receive high compensation. Medical benefits are poor to average-company is cheap in it's attitude to health care for it's highly skilled/educated requirements. No vision care coverage. High deductibles. Company always claims they are stable, yet they cannot even pay their crucial workers properly. Bottom line, with the time and money invested in your higher education, go elsewhere.
