Great place to work, always growing

Carthage (the town) is somewhat far from other larger communities

The pay and benefits are slightly above average for the area. Certain departments/people are great to work with. Social activities if you're into that.

No paid maternity leave, little room for advancement, higher than average turnover in IT, HR, and on farms. Extremely lacking in diversity. Lack of transparency about company and operations.
