- Remote & flexible working hours (have autonomy over your own schedule) - Friendly and smart coworkers, tight knit group and chance to work with an international team - Interesting product / industry - Great vacation days and holiday schedule (company was founded in Spain so no one bats an eye at a two week vacation request, which I've found is rare in the US) - Exciting time for the company with the recent round, a lot of growth happening

- Company is scaling quickly which sometimes can be a little chaotic, have to be ok with 'living in the grey' from time to time - Pay could be slightly higher considering the competitiveness of tech/saas industry

Maps are really cool and the product was interesting. Remote first.

The leadership team is lost. The company is 10 years old and struggling to find its sales positioning or growth. Startups need to grow to live….I’m not convinced there is any vision or competitive spirit to win in the space or set their employees up for success. The leadership will blame you, and then ensure you are out the door and take no accountability. This is not a company I would recommend. I would look at the tenure of the senior leaders as a representation of the current state of affairs.
