The leadership team is lost. The company is 10 years old and struggling to find its sales positioning or growth. Startups need to grow to live….I’m not convinced there is any vision or competitive spirit to win in the space or set their employees up for success.
The leadership will blame you, and then ensure you are out the door and take no accountability. This is not a company I would recommend.
I would look at the tenure of the senior leaders as a representation of the current state of affairs.
