      I had a lot of learnings so far in my time at Cascade. I started working on their current generation platform but after helping me to learn new skills in Node they have moved me on to our next gen platform which I love working on. They supported my learning and I really appreciate that. Thanks to the team.

      Not really too many cons - I like the team but wish we could spend more time together sometimes.

      2023 was quite the year for Customer Success at Cascade. There were lots of changes and several new faces joined the team at both a leadership and IC level. The product is reasonably complex, which makes Customer Success'ing perhaps a little more challenging than a rull-of-the-mill SaaS company. However I think the company ackowledges this and has done a great job of laying the right foundations in terms of people and process for a successful 2024.

      As mentioned, the product is exciting but can be quite complex and is best suited to larger organizations that have a strong change management culture already in place. That isn't necessarily the case with every customer, and that can make the job of Customer Success at Cascade a challenge at times.
