      Where to start, the hardest CEO to work for. This company is stuck in the 1950’s. So is the income opportunities. If there was ever a company that needed to fire the CEO, this is it. Constantly changing the commission structure to hurt the sales staff. Depending on what day it was, you would or would not get paid for the sales you made. They wait 1.5 months to pay commission.

      Decent commission when start getting it after month 1.

      Commission paid out 45 days after month is over. Owner is overbearing and 80 + years old. She has way to much involvement in every process.
