Absolutely nothing at all. The high turnover at CaseGuard exists for a clear reason. No one wants to stay in a place that feels this hostile and exhausting. Anyone considering applying would be far better off pursuing other opportunities.

Trying to stand out only results in more work being piled on, with no recognition to match. - There is no tolerance for even the smallest mistake, and any slip-up, no matter how minor, leads to public embarrassment that strips away any sense of dignity.
