The management, including the C-suite, is toxic, very toxic. You're made to work overtime and paid very less, and often lied by the management. The lack of diversity is evident as well, and every day you end up getting more frustrated.

Absolutely nothing at all. The high turnover at CaseGuard exists for a clear reason. No one wants to stay in a place that feels this hostile and exhausting. Anyone considering applying would be far better off pursuing other opportunities.

- Abuse and exploitation define the experience here. - Expectations are wildly unrealistic, forcing people to push beyond reasonable limits while receiving pay that feels insulting and support that is completely nonexistent. - Those in charge show no concern for how difficult things become, focusing only on squeezing out as much profit as possible, regardless of the cost to everyone involved. - Effort is not rewarded in any meaningful way. Trying to stand out only results in more work being piled on, with no recognition to match. - There is no tolerance for even the smallest mistake, and any slip-up, no matter how minor, leads to public embarrassment that strips away any sense of dignity.
