Depending on your job title and how long you have worked there, you get a company car, cell phone. More leeway than less when it comes to taking a day off or changing your schedule... but the less you work, the less you make. Most people work 60+ hours a week You can get very early warning before you have to go on a business trip out of town. Its very hard to get promoted, but you will learn a lot if you take the time and talk to your manager or co workers.
