      You can leave when you need to (family issues). The people you work with and around are amazing. Overtime is available even though you will basically be giving your life away to them when working OT.

      The pay, the pay, the pay. Great efforts and excellent work go unnoticed, not pay increase even when you've proven that you have the ability to run most job functions that they will allow you to learn. Management not in sync with employees. The pay, the pay, the pay is very low for the amount of work and dedication put in for the company. Upper management, on the low, thinks horribly about the staff in the warehouse.

      The day I was laid off/fired was the best day that I'd ever worked there. I almost kissed when they gave me my pink slip.

      Not once, during my entire tenure there was I offered "health insurance". I didn't care. There was a $2,000.00 deductible. The "dental plan" was just as generous. I was offered on job, but when I got there, they switched the position and made me the secretary. They left me keep the original title, but paid me as the secretary. I was hired as an hourly worker, but was changed to a salaried worker so that they didn't have to pay me overtime. It would have been nice if they would have told me that I had been changed to salary. After weeks of not getting the additional pay, I only found out when I asked for the money.
