Work from office every day, but rules are biased, if your manager is good then great. PS - Frontend Developers life is worst at the company, all good people are gone due to the management. Only few good projects, if you're ready to sacrifice your work life balance, you get it otherwise very simple projects, the people at higher positions do all the work. HR department is like some government organisation, no good things for the employees.
