Promises of bonuses and raises and then they change your goals so you can’t bonus Constantly severally understaffed, when you try to hire new people they won’t approve them. Payroll constantly messes up your checks and pto and even maternity leave. HR is a joke. Mass turn over. Complete lack of communication and clear direction, upper management does not communicate with eachother and has clashing agendas
