One of the best things about the company is the attitude: no one takes themselves too seriously and transparency and accessibility are established from day one. Other than the perks (unlimited vacation, free beds, catered lunch Tuesdays and Thursdays, great healthcare and a fitness stipend), there are a lot of company wide events across all teams. The hours are fair and the pay is good for a NYC startup.
