Lack of work to do as senior staff don’t give you the approval/budget to do anything. They shut down ideas and just want to do what they want to do. No trust in staff Pay not up to industry standard. No progression Boys club - about who you know, not what you’re capable of. This is the only way you’ll be promoted/recognised for hard work.
