At the time of this review, Cat Care Society was in a transition. Since then, changes have been implemented across the organization that have streamlined operations and added clarity, oversight and efficiency, The leadership now is dedicated to listening to the feedback of employees and partners and making it a safe and positive space for everyone. There is also a chief veterinarian on staff! While we regret to hear about the negative experiences of employees in the past, we are confident that CCS is a much more stable organization where employees are valued members of the team.
