So many talented people. Fast pace but so creative. I've been here for years and I have stressful moments but I've always enjoyed the next week and the challenges that came with it.

Can sometimes take too long to mentor toxic employees. Its extremely fast pace and can be hard sometimes and so much more stressful than people warned me about. Some people make group chats just to talk about others behind their backs and spread bad information about all departments just because they are unhappy. It's not professional.
