Too much work; with NO extra headcount, long hours, no recognition; NO HOPE. Lack of interest in benefits. Doing away with health care - really scarring away good people. Management doesn't have a clue of what is going on. There are 2 classes of people there; those who are 0-2 or 3 yrs max; or those that have been there forever.... Once people get experience under their belt; they are gone, they know this isn't a great place to work - long term. You've got to be crazy to stay there for more than 2 years.
