Operations management is a JOKE, from the SVP down through site leadership - the operational strategy (as voiced by the SVP of Global Operations), "Live to fight another day..." There is no coherent long term vision, upper management totally driven by this quarter's financial results, using labor reductions (at any level of the organization) to "make their number. BEWARE, they are mostly GE management on some kind of equity deal with Blackstone and have no vision past the IPO / Sale.
