Private company, close to home, convenient to shopping malls/restaurants, etc. Decent benefits.

Svantaggi

Poor running company by upper management, New CEO, some recent lay-offs and firing without cause, no work/life balance, no incentives/bonuses--just for executives not the people who actually DO the work. Zero integrity. Poor managerial skills by supervisors/management. HR is a true joke!
