Catalyst has been such an amazing place to work and grow over the last few years. Our on-the-ground teams within the clinics are so dedicated and intentional. Management is there to protect and train and mentor their employees. Sadly, over the last couple years I don't think the exec director was actually very involved and it brought a bad taste into people's mouth when discussing corporate. So I could not be happier to add a review here talking about the new Exec Director in place, Alysha. She's amazing! Sucky benefits, but really, that's my only complaint.

The pay is good, especially if you are an already registered technician. The company is pretty standard for the field. The clinic location I was working at was undergoing schedule and interior changes for client before I left.

The clinic does not have a lot of experienced RBTs, as of when I left, and the indoor play area can be very overwhelming. There is not a lot of floor support from management.
