CEO is very understanding about people's personal lives and obligations that might keep them from always maintaining a 9 to 5 presence. although this might be due to guilt about her own inability to work a full day.

Company is run like a small kingdom by the CEO. Mangers have good ideas but none of them are even implemented because CEO does not give anyone any real power to effect change. CEO approves every movement of every employee which paralyzes the company from moving forward, especially since she is rarely at work. Most employees humor the CEO but behind the CEO's back don't believe in the future of the company and and are there to collect a paycheck and benefit from the flexible work hours. Direction changes constantly and people come and go constantly. Search on former Catalyst Solutions employees on LinkedIn and you will see. If you work here, don't expect to be there more than a year but you will enjoy a very friendly environment where happy hours are more important than getting new clients. Pay is competitive.
