Management is HORRIBLE. Whenever you bring up an issue to management, they like to throw the blame onto you or spin things around so it is in their favor. There is no point in bringing up issues with management because all they do is make you run in circles without actually solving the issues. If Catapult is so concerned with contracts, why are they condoning the terrible unprofessionalism that is happening in the workplaces which can potentially jeopardize the contracts? The management people at Catapult are idiots who don't know how to handle issues even if it hit them in the head. No wonder there are so many disgruntled employees.
