The other benefits are affordable and good -salary vs hourly : not everyone is salaried so when there is no school or a shortened day, you only get paid for the time that you are there...which is difficult when there are early dismissals etc. - no real increase in pay - lots of materials that are slightly overwhelming that are some what required to incorporate in your teaching
