I have been with the company for three months. Everyone is genuinely supportive and helpful. Onboarding and all hands meetings are very intentional and feedback is received and addressed, both positive and negative. I have seen a genuine desire and openness by all to improve in my time so far. Also the only place in my job hunting whose staff accurately mirrored the commitment to diversity that they spoke about.

The company is fully remote. There are a ton of positives in that, but challenges as well. I personally took a little time to adjust to fully remote work (had been in a hybrid role previously), but they do make a good effort at fostering connections and I am settling into it now.

Leadership has endless challenges which makes work much harder than it has to be. Of course, this varies from team to team with some teams being more stable than others.
