I really don't have any cons to list!

* Some of the most enjoyable people to team up with in my career have been at CaterTrax for 8-10 years or more at this point. * Past challenges or cons have been addressed or are improving daily (transparency, communication, career guidance, etc.). Rapidly becoming a long-term employment option where once perhaps a stepping stone for younger employees. * All of the executives and senior leadership are active with their respective teams and other teams. Their doors are only closed when they are with someone else. * Great location - plenty of lunch options, parking is convenient and free, other startups and businesses within Village Gate to network with and learn from. * Multiple company events per year, both onsite and off (receptions, dinners, baseball games, etc.). * The new parent company, Volaris, is all about empowering their subsidiaries (CaterTrax) to acquire further subsidiaries and beneficial technologies/products/teams. Our "portfolio manager" at Volaris is extremely easy to talk to, has a great background (originally a database developer with a past interest in gaming), and honestly could have easily been an employee of CaterTrax given their personality fit. Volaris is very transparent about metrics such that they explain how they find opportunities to invest in companies - anyone at CaterTrax could theoretically help find new investment opportunities.

* Style of project/task management varies a bit depending on the team you're on. * Same for the seating arrangement. One area may be cubes, while another area is low-height partitioned pods, while another is perhaps individual desks. Just ask during the interview to gauge if it fits your work preferences.
