* Some of the most enjoyable people to team up with in my career have been at CaterTrax for 8-10 years or more at this point.

* The new parent company, Volaris, is all about empowering their subsidiaries (CaterTrax) to acquire further subsidiaries and beneficial technologies/products/teams. Our "portfolio manager" at Volaris is extremely easy to talk to, has a great background (originally a database developer with a past interest in gaming), and honestly could have easily been an employee of CaterTrax given their personality fit. Volaris is very transparent about metrics such that they explain how they find opportunities to invest in companies - anyone at CaterTrax could theoretically help find new investment opportunities.

* Style of project/task management varies a bit depending on the team you're on.
* Same for the seating arrangement. One area may be cubes, while another area is low-height partitioned pods, while another is perhaps individual desks. Just ask during the interview to gauge if it fits your work preferences.
