8yThank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are committed to open and honest communication as part of our company core values so I am disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We value your feedback and will continuously look for ways to improve, but I wanted to address some of your specific concerns here.
Communication is one of our highest priorities. We work hard to proactively communicate with our employees through our quarterly business review meetings as well as through management and all office email communications when changes are widespread. There are many ideas that we have for improving internal communication, and we will continue to push forward on those.
For compensation, we utilize financial benchmarking tools to ensure we are competitively compensating our employees at the same level as others within our industry, market, company size and location. However, we will continue to work to remove any potential discrepancies in compensation in order to remain competitive.
We are committed to demonstrating hospitality and making our employees feel appreciated in many different ways including our TRAX Star employee recognition program, company provided lunches, company mixers, celebrations for big company wins, as well as annual company events such as our summer picnic and holiday party. However, we will work hard to evaluate more options that take our commitment even further.
