As many jobs, upper management is not for the people; They are set on keeping their circles the way they are and bullying people out of their positions. They allow other employees to harass each other in hopes of people firing themselves. They create a very petty environment if you arent actively participating with them. I worked for the location in Union City, Ga. They do not tell you what shift you’re going on and depending on the supervisor they make it hard to accommodate your schedule. Hard point and call out system. The application and hire process takes months. They are not for the minority and if you are a minority and hired you’re on the floor. Supervisors/Managers are usually brought in to balance the percentages. They will smile in your face and create paperwork behind your back.
