It was a great adventure and experience to work in a startup. The mission of the company is motivating. I had an exceptional territory manager that was a great coach and advocate to get out there and make things happen.

Less focus on Sales targets and more focus on adoption and sorting out the go to market strategy. Need more focus on actual clinician level data to make prudent decisions.

You get to work with some incredible people that are very talented. Learning a new cutting edge medical technology. International companies are great for learning new cultures.

You have no work life balance and are expected to constantly choose work over life. The CEO likes to keep it a small company feeling and at first is really friendly. You quickly learn he is manipulative and not your friend. He over works and micro manages everything. He yells and mistreats employees. Some people are really intelligent but choose to con their way to the top. Don't expect a raise even if promised...
