If you like people & enjoy selling women's clothing you will enjoy it. Co-workers were relatively nice and the benefits are decent. All employees get a 20% discount including part-time associates.

Long hours for the full time positions but 12 hour days are common in retail. Roughly 55 to 60 hours per week for store managers & co-managers however 1st and 2nd managers get an hourly rate & allowed up to 36 hours per week w/fewer benefits. The number of managers & associates can vary slightly in keeping with the size of the store.
