      Catseye is clearly head and shoulders above the competition in both service and culture. The training and opportunities to better oneself are industry leading. In over 25 years in the industry I have never seen a more dedicated ,hardworking President than Joe Dingwall. You know a company is doing the right thing when you look forward to waking up and coming to work. Im proud to call myself a member of the Catseye family !

      Reimbursement. Lots of hours whether you like it or not. Hourly rate. Preferential treatment if you’re a woman.

      Preferential treatment if you’re a woman. Work you like a dog. Management will pretend they understand but your manager will roll in at 9 & be home by 4 on the dot while you’re out till 7 pm, up since 5:30 a.m. DEI flag. If you’re a man..RIP because you will not get any sympathy & be expected to be a workhorse. Current management of that office will rage quit if he ever has to leave the office building & bend a knee to physically work. Owner was a millionaire before opening the company & his sales monkeys are a protected class within the company, they can do no wrong.
