Thank you for sharing this, even if we find much of it difficult to recognise as an accurate reflection of who we are.
We take all feedback seriously, including feedback that's hard to read. If your experience here has left you feeling this way after three to four years, that matters to us, and we're genuinely sorry it's ended on this note.
Where we'd respectfully push back is on some of the more serious characterisations, particularly around how we treat people and how we operate as a leadership team. These don't reflect our values or our conduct, and we wouldn't feel right letting them stand without saying so.
What we will take seriously is the underlying signal. When someone who has been with a company for this long leaves feeling this disillusioned, there's something worth reflecting on, regardless of where we disagree on the specifics.
