Some of what you've raised reflects real areas we're working on.
Communication of our direction, giving teams genuine autonomy, and making sure people feel supported in their growth rather than just pressured to perform. These aren't things we can fix overnight, but they are things we care about getting right.
The comment about employee wellbeing and how we foster performance lands with us. We never want competition between colleagues to come at the cost of trust or psychological safety, and if that's been the experience, we want to understand it better.
