Most companies give at least two warnings before any termination, but here, it can happen suddenly even for small issues or if you’re not a very direct person. There is also too much micromanagement. Your daily tasks are closely watched, and even small details must follow their way even if your method isn’t wrong. Open communication is practiced, but not always in a healthy way. Mistakes are often pointed out in front of others. While the intention might be to prevent others from repeating it, this can feel uncomfortable and embarrassing. A workplace should be a safe space, it’s okay to make mistakes and learn. Scolding should be done privately, and achievements should be celebrated openly.
