Good employer for those in Mid Ulster region content to plod along, do their job, but not quite achieve or attain anything of note. Always on the path, but never quite getting to the end of it.

Couldn’t quite decide whether they were a small larger firm, or a large smaller firm and unfortunately failed to be either. Didn’t have the expertise to be taking on some of the clients they did, I feared for my professional reputation through association.

Good atmosphere amongst staff and management

Can be quite a lot of overtime coming up to deadlines
