Extremely disorganized and had no idea how to launch a new product Was brought on just to be let go 8 weeks later as they dismantled my team due to shutting down a new product line without giving it even a year. Left a 4 year stable job for something that didn't last 3 months. Entire team was dismantled within 2 months after my departure
