I believe in the product they sell and that's about it.

The sales structure is horrible. No visability on leads or sales tracking. Had huge layoffs recently. Also the quotas and commission structures are set up very unfairly. You don't make much money on commission checks. Also they like to overwork their employees by having a goal of 85+ dials every day while also managing inbound calls and chats. Would not reccomend.

They decided to remove all remote positions so if you didnt live near the headquarters they laid so many people off but before that. They can control who gets what kind of leads. The 1st 90 days they give you a small goal to hit after that good leads are hard to come by and your goal is unattainable. All the managers gaslight you asking whats different this month even tho your dialing 100 people a day with no one answering or people hanging up. its a telemarketing job. Oh they also don't pay very good on the commissions, they do whatever it takes to claw back and give you dirt your basically just earning whatever your base pay is and maybe a extra $5k a year extra. They don't care about you and will fire/lay you off.
