Not enough training, you have to know it so well to be able to explain it in the most simplistic fashion to allow for success. Only 6-10% of floor hits goal (100 enrollments of $1595-$6000= $3000 com or 1-2% at plan) below 90% it's $6 an enrollment or almost 1% of sales, yes maybe 60-70% make some form of commission, but it's mediocre at best. The ones that hit is because it took them a long time to learn how to explain it simply, or have mastered the lead distribution system. Pay is not tied to amount sold, but enrollments achieved, so you can sell $150000 a month or $1.8M a year and only make $36-40K in commission.

I believe in the product they sell and that's about it.

The sales structure is horrible. No visability on leads or sales tracking. Had huge layoffs recently. Also the quotas and commission structures are set up very unfairly. You don't make much money on commission checks. Also they like to overwork their employees by having a goal of 85+ dials every day while also managing inbound calls and chats. Would not reccomend.
