Shifts 9 to 5:30, expected to get all work completed, answer the phone like a call centre amounts to impossible. Thus expected to work from 8:30 till 6pm, no set lunch breaks often eating at desks, days off no work covered so expected to do 2 days worth of work in one day. No praise , or thanks, only negative feed back.
