There is be a long list of cons: When I say some seniors, I mean it. Some seniors even highlight your name just to protect their position. If there’s some complex project in progress, there is zero work life balance. You are expected to work 24*7 and then not even appreciated for the efforts. You are told to work as engineers and compared with labours, yet treated as one. The salary payroll is very very poor. They keep on increasing the workload on you in the name of rewards, which they never give. Once your name is highlighted, there’s no going back. You are blamed for the tiniest thing, which possibly you haven’t even done. You are not respected by the manager and just expected to give whole of you to the company in return of nothing.
