In my experience, there was often a lack of clear accountability across teams. This sometimes led to inefficient workflows and projects moving in circles without a clear owner or direction. Clear standards and stronger guidance from management would likely help improve both the quality of work and team alignment. Most people will probably start to notice these challenges within the first few months. Over time, the lack of structure and direction can become frustrating for employees who are looking for a more organized environment. Promotions can happen relatively quickly, but this often seems to be connected to turnover rather than a well-defined development or promotion process.
