I have met some of the smartest people that I've ever met, here at Celestial AI. The vibe is energetic, sometimes even hectic, yet almost always cool. There is conscious effort to make the best use of the people they have, and keep everyone motivated. There is not much turnover, and people who are hired tend to stick around. The job itself is very exciting. Celestial is trying to solve a hard problem but has convinced some really talented people to join them. The management seems really on top of things.

Not many. It is a start-up so there is little margin for indulgence, be it tool licenses or free stuff. But it is not uncomfortable.
