No room for promotions. What you see is what you get. Base salary is so low you’re forced to work overtime to get good commissions. Company culture is a bit overkill, trying so hard to be cool that they forgot the importance of decent benefits, 401k contributions, etc. Good job for someone fresh out of college with no direct career path who isn’t looking to retire anytime soon.
