Uber is full of good people, including the management who treat you like an actual human being and not just a cog in the machine. Everyone was friendly and a good laugh, but also good at their jobs, and I really enjoyed my time there, while also learning a lot.

I felt frustration working with some of the clients, as projects got delayed or put on hold because of their internal politics or management indecision, or good advice was ignored or overruled.

Lovely people with numerous opportunities for progression within the agency. Culture is genuinely great - all senior management approachable and friendly. Lots of scope for creativity across all mediums and formats.

More support is needed to further diversify client & industry roster - hiring in key roles will do this, leading to more exciting and challenging briefs for the very talented and creative team.
